A charming stay in the Alps

The wellness center was a good retreat after our long days exploring. Breakfasts included a fantastic variety, especially the fresh pastries that started each morning perfectly.

Check-in was delayed, taking longer than expected. While the staff were friendly, we faced issues with internet connectivity, a bit frustrating .

Very very good and outstanding breakfast a great selection of meals.

We have been to this hotel several times and find it very welcoming.

In this day and age having to pay for Internet access is not acceptable. This spoiled what was an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was supposed to be a treat but turned into a disaster. My fridge was broken, and I had to endure that for days. Nasty surprise with a ridiculously priced 11€ parking too, just a quick way to milk guests. Incredibly, I didn't even receive an upgrade for my troubles. How disappointing.

Thoroughly enjoyed having excellent breakfast.

Accommodation was big and pleasant with very helpful staff at the reception desk. The location of this hotel not far from downtown area and super market and nice Cafe was nice and ideal. Visited a few interesting places, including Ludwigstrasse, located at a moderate distance from the venue.

Local information was lacking at front desk on arrival, at least providing direction to tourist bureau could have been volunteered instead of a "don't know" response. Also b&w photocopy maps could be in colour as available free in tourist bureau (incl. Maps showing walking tracks).

The excellent location near the pedestrian zone made exploring easy, and the outdoor terrace for evening relaxation was a good bonus during my stay.

Reasonably large small hotel with a good location and modern rooms. Location just next door to hiking, tourist attractions and restaurants/entertainment/shopping, local shops and bus transportation, and the Garmisch city center. A NICE stay specially in the winter time.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had anywhere, and the staff was friendly and helpful, so it was a great getaway destination hotel.

The room was quite small for the price charged, but we got a good price on internet for it so it was tolerable.

Everything! Modern amenities, spacious wellness area, cute atmosphere!

It was clean with good customer service. Very pleasant and really good staff and everything was perfect.

Their staff were quite rude.

The Hotel Reseption staff are helpfull specially MIKY he is vey nice guy what ever you need they show you on printed map also the large parking yard ,it's near to a very nice Indian restorant

My children wanted more options at breakfast.

Staff very helpful, the breakfast was amazing. The hotel was spotless, great location for walking into Partenkirchen, Hotel provides free tickats for bus ride into Garmish. Great location for the ski jump and ski areas in Garmish.We will use again next year for the skiing and intend to return in the summer for the hikiing.

Nice swimming pool / sauna area. Comfortable rooms. Good value for money.

Very loud drilling (Bohrarbeiten) at 9 am. Complaints did not succeed. Expensive breakfast at 18 Euros per person (we did not try it)
